Cheshire's premier arts event, Chester Arts Fair will take place at the prestigious Chester Racecourse and will host over 40 galleries and independant Artists. Showcasing Visual Art, Photography, Sculptures, Ceramics and glass exhibitions from a high calibre of World renowned Art Galleries and emerging and established artists, the Fair is expected to welcome over 4000 guests.
The region has a prosperous art scene as well as an established collector base. It is a dynamic cultural destination with a reputation for presenting the very best in visual art through its public institutions, private collections, and leading commercial galleries. The Fair will include a curated programme of talks, artists, commissions and film projects, many of which are interactive or performative and encourage visitors to engage with Art and Artists directly.
It is one of the few fairs around today which focuses solely on contemporary art from living artists and artists from the last century. The exhibiting galleries bring to the fair some of the most exciting art work existing in modern society.
